Signed in with Google? You don't have a password here — it's managed in your Google Account, so reset it there. For email/password accounts there isn't a self-serve reset yet: reach us through “Help improve” → “Contact us” and we'll help you back in.

Step by step

    Open “Help improve.”

    Choose “Contact us.”

  3. 3

    Tell us the email on your account and that you need a password reset.

    We'll help you get back in.

Tips

  • Double-check you're using the right email first — a typo there looks just like a wrong password.
  • Google accounts don't use a password on Amo Yelapa. If you signed up with Google, just tap “Continue with Google” to sign in.
