    Open your email and check the spam, junk, or promotions folder.

    On the sign-in screen, tap “Resend confirmation.”

    Confirm you signed up with the email you're checking — a typo sends it nowhere.

  • Emails can take a few minutes to arrive. Give it five before resending.
